Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 5 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans (chopped)
Instructions:
Melt Chocolate (Optional):
If making the chocolate peanut butter version, melt chocolate and let it cool. Skip this step if not using chocolate.Mix Ingredients:
- For the chocolate version: Combine cooled chocolate with cream cheese and peanut butter.
- For the non-chocolate version: Mix cream cheese and peanut butter together.
Add Sugar and Vanilla:
Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix well, then chop and add the nuts.Spread Mixture:
Spread the mixture into an 8" or 9" square pan. Optionally, place a nut on each square for decoration.Refrigerate:
Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!
