Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips Directions by Veronica
Ingredients:
Fruit Salsa:
2 large Golden Delicious apples- 3 Kiwi
- ½ lb Strawberries
- 6 oz. raspberries
- 6 oz. blackberries
- 2 Tbsp white sugar
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp raspberry preserves
Cinnamon Chips:
- Flour tortillas
- Butter-flavored cooking spray
- 2 cups cinnamon sugar mixture (less cinnamon than sugar)
Instructions:
Prepare the Fruit:
- Dice the apples, Kiwi, strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
Mix the Salsa:
- Combine all diced fruit in a bowl.
- Add white sugar, brown sugar, and raspberry preserves. Mix well.
Prepare the Cinnamon Chips:
- Cut flour tortillas into fourths.
- Spray each side of the tortilla with butter-flavored cooking spray.
- Dip each side in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Bake the Chips:
- Arrange the coated tortillas flat on a cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350°F for 7-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
