๐Ÿงบ Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup American cheese pieces

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 2 cups sour cream

  • 1 bag frozen hash brown cubes

  • 2 cups corn flakes

  • 1 stick melted butter (for corn flakes)

  • Black pepper, to taste


๐Ÿฅฃ Mix the Cheese Mixture

In a large bowl, combine:

  • Cheddar cheese

  • American cheese

  • Cream of mushroom soup

  • Sour cream

  • Pepper

Stir until smooth and well blended.


๐Ÿงˆ Prepare the Pan

  1. Grease an 11×13-inch baking dish.

  2. Spread the frozen hash brown cubes evenly in the pan.

  3. Spoon the cheese mixture over the hash browns and spread evenly.


๐Ÿฅ„ Make the Corn Flake Topping

  1. In a separate bowl, mix:

    • 2 cups corn flakes

    • 1 stick melted butter

  2. Spoon this topping evenly over the cheese layer.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
