Apple and Raspberry Crumble Recipe

Ingredients

Filling

  • 5 apples, peeled and cubed
  • 1 pack of raspberries

Topping

  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1/4 cup corn flour
  • 1/4 cup psyllium husk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup (one stick) salted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, combine cubed apples and raspberries for the filling.
  4. In another bowl, mix rice flour, corn flour, psyllium husk, sugar, and melted butter for the topping.
  5. Scoop the apple and raspberry filling into the baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the filling.
  7. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until the topping is lightly crisp.
