Apple and Raspberry Crumble Recipe
Ingredients
Filling
- 5 apples, peeled and cubed
- 1 pack of raspberries
Topping
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1/4 cup corn flour
- 1/4 cup psyllium husk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup (one stick) salted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine cubed apples and raspberries for the filling.
- In another bowl, mix rice flour, corn flour, psyllium husk, sugar, and melted butter for the topping.
- Scoop the apple and raspberry filling into the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the topping evenly over the filling.
- Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until the topping is lightly crisp.
