Death By Chocolate Directions

Ingredients:

  • 1 recipe of chocolate brownies (9x13 pan) – baked
  • 2 packages of chocolate mousse – prepared
  • 1 large container of Cool Whip (16 oz)
  • 8 Heath bars – crushed
  • 1 cup pecans – chopped

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Brownies: Bake your chocolate brownies in a 9x13 pan and let them cool.
  2. Crumble Brownies: Crumble half of the brownies into a large glass bowl.
  3. Divide Mousse: Prepare the chocolate mousse and divide it into 2 equal portions.
  4. Layer Mousse: Spread half of one portion of mousse over the crumbled brownies.
  5. Add Cool Whip: Spread half of the Cool Whip over the mousse layer.
  6. Sprinkle Toppings: Sprinkle half of the chopped pecans and crushed Heath bars over the Cool Whip.
  7. Repeat Layers: Repeat steps 2-6 with the remaining ingredients.
  8. Refrigerate: Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight to allow flavors to mingle.
