Easy Chocolate Fudge Directions
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 2/3 cups sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
Gather Ingredients: Collect all ingredients listed above.
Combine Ingredients: In a saucepan, mix together:
- Butter
- Evaporated milk
- Sugar
- Salt
Heat Mixture: Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil.
Cook: Allow to cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from Heat: Take the saucepan off the heat.
Add Remaining Ingredients: Stir in:
- Marshmallows
- Chocolate chips
- Vanilla
Mix Thoroughly: Stir the mixture for about 1 minute until well combined.
Pour Mixture: Transfer the mixture into a buttered 8-inch pan.
Cool: Let it cool at room temperature or refrigerate for about 1 hour for easier cutting.
