Yield: 6 to 8 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pickled jalapeños (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon liquid from pickled jalapeños (optional)
  • 8 hamburger buns, toasted

  2. Return the cooked beef to the skillet.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, ketchup, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and jalapeños (if using).
  4. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the mixture thickens.
  5. Serve the beef mixture on toasted hamburger buns.
