Banana Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 large bananas, mashed
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Coat muffin pans with non-stick spray or use paper liners.
- In a bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In another large bowl, combine mashed bananas, sugar, egg, and melted butter.
- Gently fold the flour mixture into the banana mixture until smooth.
- Scoop the batter into muffin pans.
- Bake:
- Mini muffins: 10 to 15 minutes
- Large muffins: 25 to 30 minutes
- Muffins are done when they spring back when lightly tapped. Enjoy!
