 Banana Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large bananas, mashed
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Coat muffin pans with non-stick spray or use paper liners.
  3. In a bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  4. In another large bowl, combine mashed bananas, sugar, egg, and melted butter.
  5. Gently fold the flour mixture into the banana mixture until smooth.
  6. Scoop the batter into muffin pans.
  7. Bake:
    • Mini muffins: 10 to 15 minutes
    • Large muffins: 25 to 30 minutes
  8. Muffins are done when they spring back when lightly tapped. Enjoy!
