Banana brownies

 Ingredients:

  • 3 medium overripe bananas (about 1 cup)
  • 1/2 cup smooth almond butter (or any smooth nut butter)
  • 2 to 1/4 cup cocoa powder (more for a richer taste)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small cake or loaf pan and set aside.
  2. Melt the nut butter in a small microwave-safe bowl or on the stovetop.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the bananas, melted nut butter, and cocoa powder. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the greased pan.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before slicing.

Notes:

  • For a smoother batter, blend all ingredients in a blender.
  • For the best texture, store in the refrigerator.
