Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (or Vanilla Bean)
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 tin condensed milk
- 5 ounces cream cheese
For the Caramel:
- 3 tablespoons sugar
Procedure:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare the caramel by melting the sugar in a pan until golden, then pour it into the mold carefully to avoid burns.
- Blend all other ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture into the mold over the caramel.
- Bake in a water bath for 30 to 45 minutes.
- Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick; if it comes out clean, it's ready. If not, bake a few more minutes.
- Let it cool, then invert onto a plate or tray to serve. Enjoy!
