White Sauce Directions
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Add 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour to the melted butter.
- Stir until the butter and flour are well combined.
- Gradually pour in 1 cup of milk while stirring constantly.
- Continue stirring until the sauce thickens.
- Adjust the consistency by adding more milk if needed.
Grandad used to use the sauce on Cauliflower.
