baked zucchini

 





  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Cut zucchini into thin slices.
  3. In a bowl, toss zucchini slices with:
    • 1 Tbsp olive oil
    • Sea salt
    • Pepper
  4. Sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Spread zucchini on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
