Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1.5 cups cheese
Directions
- In a small saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Add 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour and stir until well combined.
- Gradually pour in 1 cup of milk while stirring constantly.
- Continue stirring until the mixture thickens. Add more milk for your desired consistency.
- Stir in 1.5 cups of cheese until melted and well mixed.
