Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1.5 cups cheese

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour and stir until well combined.
  3. Gradually pour in 1 cup of milk while stirring constantly.
  4. Continue stirring until the mixture thickens. Add more milk for your desired consistency.
  5. Stir in 1.5 cups of cheese until melted and well mixed.
