Slow Cooker Casserole Instructions

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes (32 oz)
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb carrots, shredded
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions:

  1. Cook and drain the sausage.
  2. Layer half of the hash browns in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Add half of the cooked sausage on top.
  4. Add half of the diced onions.
  5. Add half of the shredded carrots.
  6. Add half of the shredded cheese.
  7. Layer the remaining hash browns.
  8. Add the remaining sausage.
  9. Add the remaining onions.
  10. Add the remaining carrots.
  11. Add the remaining cheese.
  12. In a medium bowl, beat together the eggs and milk.
  13. Pour the egg mixture over the casserole.
  14. Season with salt and pepper.
  15. Cook on Low for 4 hours or Warm for 8 hours.
