Slow Cooker Casserole Instructions
Ingredients:
- 1 bag Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes (32 oz)
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 small onion, diced
- 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 lb carrots, shredded
- 12 eggs
- 1 cup milk
Instructions:
- Cook and drain the sausage.
- Layer half of the hash browns in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add half of the cooked sausage on top.
- Add half of the diced onions.
- Add half of the shredded carrots.
- Add half of the shredded cheese.
- Layer the remaining hash browns.
- Add the remaining sausage.
- Add the remaining onions.
- Add the remaining carrots.
- Add the remaining cheese.
- In a medium bowl, beat together the eggs and milk.
- Pour the egg mixture over the casserole.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook on Low for 4 hours or Warm for 8 hours.
