Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 4 tilapia fillets (about 1 pound total)
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow dish, mix the Parmesan cheese, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the tilapia fillets.
- Dredge each fillet in the cheese mixture until coated.
- Place the coated fillets on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the fish is opaque in the thickest part.
- Serve the fish with lemon wedges.
