Sticky Chicken Directions
Gather Ingredients:
- 1 cut-up chicken (or preferred pieces)
- 1 bottle of Russian dressing
- 1 jar of apricot preserves
- 1 envelope of Lipton's mushroom-onion or plain onion soup mix
Prepare Sauce:
- In a bowl, mix together Russian dressing, apricot preserves, and soup mix.
Prepare Pan:
- Spread a thin layer of the sauce on the bottom of the baking pan.
Add Chicken:
- Place the chicken pieces in the pan.
Pour Sauce:
- Pour the remaining sauce over the chicken.
Bake:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for about 40 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked.
Serve:
- Serve chicken over rice.
Variations:
- Substitute apricot preserves with grape jam or cranberry sauce if desired.
