Sausage onions and peppers

 Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 6 potatoes (peeled and cubed)
  • 2 pounds smoked sausage (sliced)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 2 green bell peppers (chopped)

Preparation Steps:

  1. Prep: Gather all ingredients.
  2. Heat Oil: In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Cook Potatoes: Add cubed potatoes to the skillet. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until potatoes are almost tender and slightly browned.
  4. Add Ingredients: Stir in smoked sausage, sliced onion, and chopped bell peppers.
  5. Finish Cooking: Cover and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the onion and peppers reach your desired tenderness.
