  • 2 1/2 cups Bisquick
  • 1/2 lb. finely grated cheddar cheese

Instructions:

  2. In a large bowl, mix the hot sausage, Bisquick, and cheddar cheese until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
