 Rosemary Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1.5 pounds (about 4 cups) red potatoes, quartered

Instructions:

  1. Place the butter in an 8-inch square baking dish.
  2. Microwave the butter for 45 seconds, or until it melts.
  3. Add dried rosemary, salt, Black pepper, and quartered potatoes to the dish.
  4. Toss all ingredients together until well mixed.
  5. Cover the dish and microwave for 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.

Serving Size: 3/4 cup
