Rosemary Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1.5 pounds (about 4 cups) red potatoes, quartered
Instructions:
- Place the butter in an 8-inch square baking dish.
- Microwave the butter for 45 seconds, or until it melts.
- Add dried rosemary, salt, Black pepper, and quartered potatoes to the dish.
- Toss all ingredients together until well mixed.
- Cover the dish and microwave for 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
Serving Size: 3/4 cup
