 Almost Key Lime Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 store-bought graham cracker crust
  • 1 (14 oz) can Carnation sweetened condensed milk (non-fat optional)
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice (key limes preferred) or 1 can frozen lime juice
  • 1 tub of Cool Whip (non-fat optional)

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and lime juice. Mix well.
  2. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  3. Chill the pie in the refrigerator until set.
  4. Once set, top the pie with Cool Whip. You can use the entire tub or add a dollop to each slice.
  5. If using key limes, slice a few and decorate the top of the pie before serving.
