Almost Key Lime Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 store-bought graham cracker crust
- 1 (14 oz) can Carnation sweetened condensed milk (non-fat optional)
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice (key limes preferred) or 1 can frozen lime juice
- 1 tub of Cool Whip (non-fat optional)
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and lime juice. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator until set.
- Once set, top the pie with Cool Whip. You can use the entire tub or add a dollop to each slice.
- If using key limes, slice a few and decorate the top of the pie before serving.
