Salmon Patties Directions
Ingredients:
- 1 (14.75 oz) can canned salmon
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
- Drain the liquid from the canned salmon and reserve it.
- In a bowl, mix the salmon (without liquid), egg, onion, and bread crumbs together.
- Form the mixture into patties. If the mixture is too dry, add the reserved salmon liquid as needed.
- In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Place the patties in the pan and brown each side, turning gently.
- Drain the cooked patties on paper towels and serve.
