Salmon Patties

 Salmon Patties Directions

Ingredients:

  • 1 (14.75 oz) can canned salmon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Drain the liquid from the canned salmon and reserve it.
  2. In a bowl, mix the salmon (without liquid), egg, onion, and bread crumbs together.
  3. Form the mixture into patties. If the mixture is too dry, add the reserved salmon liquid as needed.
  4. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  5. Place the patties in the pan and brown each side, turning gently.
  6. Drain the cooked patties on paper towels and serve.
