3-Ingredient Oatmeal Cookies 

'Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats (or quick oats)

  • 1/2 cup sugar (white or brown both work)

  • 2 eggs


Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs lightly.

  3. Add the sugar and mix until combined.

  4. Stir in the oats until everything is evenly coated.

  5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a greased or lined baking sheet.

  6. Flatten slightly with a spoon or your fingers (they won’t spread much).

  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges turn golden.

  8. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tray.


Optional tweaks (if you have extra ingredients):

  • Add a pinch of cinnamon or salt for flavor.

  • Mix in a handful of raisins, nuts, or chocolate chips.

  • Use brown sugar for a softer, chewier cookie.
