3-Ingredient Oatmeal Cookies
'Ingredients:

2 cups rolled oats (or quick oats)

1/2 cup sugar (white or brown both work)

2 eggs
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, beat the eggs lightly.

Add the sugar and mix until combined.

Stir in the oats until everything is evenly coated.

Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a greased or lined baking sheet.

Flatten slightly with a spoon or your fingers (they won’t spread much).

Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges turn golden.

Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tray.
Optional tweaks (if you have extra ingredients):

Add a pinch of cinnamon or salt for flavor.

Mix in a handful of raisins, nuts, or chocolate chips.

Use brown sugar for a softer, chewier cookie.
