Ingredients:
- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (cut into pieces)
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 egg (beaten)
- Vegetable oil
Directions:
- Heat 1 inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet or saucepan to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the chickpea flour, garlic salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each chicken piece into the beaten egg.
- Coat the egg-dipped chicken pieces in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess flour.
- Place the coated chicken pieces on a plate.
- Cook the chicken in batches in the hot oil until golden brown and no longer pink inside
